Для системы управления качеством создается соответствующая организационная, правовая и институциональная среда. В статье последовательно излагаются теоретико-методологические основы, практические шаги по созданию системы управления качеством статистического обеспечения деятельности общества и государства, усилению кадрового потенциала статистиков и будущие намерения по совершенствованию этого процесса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author of this article examines different aspects of quality management in the official statistics using the example of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For quality management system, corresponding organizational, legal and institutional environment is created.
