В статье обобщены результаты исследования региональных макроэкономических факторов, которые определяют уровень экономической активности населения России в возрастных группах 50-59 лет и 60-72 года. Рассматривались данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики за период с 2009 по 20l1 г. Выявлена значимость факторов (благосостояние, занятость, урбанизация, здоровье, а также состояние окружающей среды и степень комфорта проживания в регионе), влияющих на уровень экономической активности пожилых людей.

The paper summarizes the results of a study of regional macroeconomic factors that determine the level of economic activity of the Russian population aged 50-59 and 60-72. Data of the Federal State Statistics Service for the period from 2009 to 2011 was examined. There were significant factors (such as welfare, employment, urbanization, health and environment and the degree of comfort of living in the region), influencing the level of economic activity of older people.
